Happy Birthday Molly-chan! I hope my sneak peek of the lineart matched to your expectations of how this came out

Looking at this myself, I'm very pleased with the results as well has dissatisfied, if that makes sense. I really tried to push my abilities, but the lighting kind of got me, along with the values, and since I put so much time sketching it out, I was skittish coloring it too deeply. That's supposed to be the Hollow Bastion in the background, and you can see a resemblence, but I'm not sure how I could have made it look much better. The planetoid Maleficent and Heartless crew are standing on I completely made up. That was a major trip. If you flip the picture over to the backside, the planetoid has completely bled through the paper since I used about four coats, no kidding, on it.

Those stupid vines took me so long. It was aweful! Also, those cute little bell-shaped heartless are my favorites, so I had to put them in somewhere. Looks like the little green one might do some healing, eh? Eh? Ah, who am I kidding, probably not. Yellow Opera one's looking like it's about ready to give Sora and crew one final zap with lightning.

By the way, this is my first time drawing Goofy and Donald, and for having pretty much no shots that included Goofy with his mouth closed or Donald not scowling, they came out pretty well. I think my childhood days of drawing Daffy Duck kind of flowed into Donald, though. Maleficent is based moreso on the actual "Sleeping Beauty" (not Snow White, thank you to ~surfpanda for correcting me ) movie than the game because I didn't realize when sketching that there was a different (there's no lines on her cloak and her staff isn't coiled, it's just a rod). That was frustrating.

Anywho, those rather non-biased comments aside (not critiquing myself, not exactly praising myself either), I really am happy how this popped out. Original idea for Maleficent I might end up doing some other day and just inking drawing it, but other than that, I really want to do some more original stuff for the time being. Fanart makes my soul cry I'm kidding.
